About Me

Hello! I’m Rachel Godburn, LCSW, MA, RYT-200.

I specialize in treating adults managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work stress, life transitions, and trauma. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills to customize therapeutic techniques that fit clients’ goals, preferences, and needs.

I hold a first master’s degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and a second degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Sacred Heart University. I am also an active registered yoga teacher.
